Define the project first

A pasta line is more than an extruder.

For commercial production, forming, drying and product handling must work as one system. The right quotation begins with four decisions.

Send Your Product Brief
01

Product shape

Penne, fusilli, elbow macaroni and other profiles are confirmed against the selected mold and cutting setup.

02

Hourly output

Choose the line from production demand—not only extruder rating. Reference complete-line options cover 100–500 kg/h.

03

Flour & formula

Wheat flour or semolina/durum wheat requirements affect processing and the finished product target.

04

Drying & packing

Dryer configuration, shelf-life target, pack size and automation level define the downstream scope.

Complete process

From flour to packed short-cut pasta.

Select a stage to see its role in the production line. The final equipment list is adjusted for shape, output and factory conditions.

Step 01 / 07

Flour preparation

Prepare wheat flour or semolina and the agreed ingredients for stable feeding into the line.

Pasta shapes & molds

One line. Multiple product possibilities.

Different profiles can be produced by changing the mold and cutter setup. Feasibility is confirmed from your target photo, dimensions or physical sample.

*Not every shape is guaranteed in advance. Final mold feasibility requires technical confirmation.

Drying matters

Forming gives pasta its shape. Drying helps protect its quality.

For commercial pasta production, dryer selection is a core project decision. The configuration should be discussed around product size, moisture target, output and plant conditions.

01

Stabilize the product

Support controlled moisture removal after forming and cutting.

02

Match the target

Shape, wall thickness, formula and output inform the drying solution.

03

Plan downstream handling

Cooling and packaging scope are coordinated with the selected dryer.

Common questions

Fast answers for early planning.

Detailed specifications are confirmed against your product, raw material and local operating conditions.

Ask a Project Question
Can one line make different pasta shapes?
Different profiles can be produced by changing molds and adjusting the cutting setup. Send your product photo, dimensions or sample so the final shape can be technically confirmed.
What capacity can Zhuoheng provide?
The current complete-line reference range is about 100–500 kg/h, covering TXF100, TXF200, TXF300 and TXF500. Final output depends on the product and configuration.
Is drying equipment necessary?
For commercial dried pasta production, drying is normally an important part of product quality and storage planning. The recommended dryer depends on shape, formula, moisture target and output.
Can the line process semolina or durum wheat?
Semolina or durum wheat can be discussed as part of the project. Raw material and formula should be confirmed before the process and finished-product target are defined.
Do you provide installation and training?
Remote guidance, documents, training and engineer service can be arranged. The final service scope, travel responsibilities and charges are stated in the quotation and contract.
How long does production take?
A typical reference is about 35–40 days, depending on the selected model, dryer, customization and current production schedule.
